24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

cancellation of a massage prior to 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled massage or no show will be charged 100% of the rate for treatment without exception. Kaja Hopps Massage Therapy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any service.

Integrative Massage 

Combining Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other well-known and effective massage techniques, integrative massage aims to decrease muscle tension and allow the body to deeply relax. My intention is to provide space and relaxation for the body to come into balance.

An integrative approach allows me to customize a treatment session for each individual's unique needs. Integrative massage is therapeutic and is based on the understanding that not every technique is right for every area of the body or every body.  Listening to the client, applying knowledge of anatomy, intuition and honoring the body’s wisdom guide each session.
